28 Stitches
I'm in Laax Switzerland for the European Open. Today was sposebleed slope semis and finals. The weather was pretty good, but the wind was just a blowin'. So they postponed the contest to wait for the weather to blow over. While we were all waiting to find out whether it was a going to go down or not, I went to shred the public park. I shredded a couple laps, just gettin so pipey. I tried switch tails over 2sev on one of the down rails, I came up a little short landing beside the rail and smashed my left knee into the end of the rail. It hurt super bad, I thought it was all good maybe just bruised. I went back to the lodge to check it out to make sure I was all good. I took off my snow pants, saw a blood spot on my long johns, pulled down my droz and saw this.....
I got 28 stitches. Unfortunately I'm out for a couple weeks, but she'll heal up no problem. I'll be back soon. Thanks for all the love and support everyone.
